In 2019, Solutions Rehab and Therapy Services was founded from a family vision to expand 30 years of LTC experience, to allow sustain growth and the ability to deliver exceptional therapy services to resident in our communities. Looking for a solution to the traditional contracted therapy services, the vision was to design an innovative rehab experience to meet the needs of all resident at multiple levels of care, to help them accomplish their goals
